In retrospect, the book would be ammunition and food for me in a 1980's world where Black America was about to be hit with crack cocaine amidst the Iran-Contra-Crack experiment funded by this government and led by Colonel Oliver North. Little did I know that I would be thrown into another domestic war - and that this book would serve me well as a guide. I now understand that Malcolm was giving suggestions on how to digest America without losing one's mind.

They work with pregnant women in trouble and provide them the services they need to have their children. They provide ultrasound, parental counseling, life-management counseling, help with the physical needs of the mother and child and, if need be, help with adoption services.
Unwanted pregnancies often are the result of loneliness, fear and a lack of information. Crisis pregnancy centers deal with all this.
