Firstly, if you live in Sandtown/the 44th state legislative district and need a ride to the poll, call Keiffer Mitchell’s office and ask for Angela Frazier: 410.353.8412.
In my Historic West Baltimore neighborhood, Sandtown, at least two polling places have changed: 1114 Mount Street (now a women’s shelter) and the former William Pinderhughes Elementary School.
Letters went out two months ago or so to voters indicating the change.
