Tribute to N. Scott Phillips on 50th Birthday Celebration @ Baltimore Rowing Club, 4.15.11:
One of those is N. Scott Phillips, a founding member of Black Professional Men, Inc., a politico, a lawyer, a husband, a dad, and a friend. Scott is one of those rare gems in the community quietly trudging along, making a powerful difference where he can.
While I don’t know his entire biography, I do conclude that somewhere along the line – his parents, I imagine, instilled some very basic values that make him the hero in the community that he is.
