The Pennsylvania Avenue Redevelopment Collaborative (PARC) invites all to attend the Arabber's Market on Sundays from 9 am to 3 pm. This was designed for the community, especially church-goers.
PARC was established in 1999 to help rejuvenate the Pennsylvania Avenue business corridor, a strip which has undergone tumultuous urban blight. However, many believe that 'the Avenue' can be great again. Historically, this was the 'mecca' for black folks back in the day.
