Editorial: MOONWALK ...An Apology to Micheal Jackson by Derrick Chase:
And they Kept Saying, Micheal Jackson could make a comeback. I kept thinking...He never Left. Whats in your Ipod, CD , MP3,. Who did it better than Mike? Who could make the club rock and the Family Reunion Sizzle?
Micheal was not an artist, he was the archetype. A God Child. A Gentle spirit that when studied, I argue, it will be concluded that he came to remind us of a time when everything was alright. The humor of God, to remove Mike’s childhood as a reminder for us to appreciate and adore our own. His Pain is our Pride!

The Pennsylvania Avenue Redevelopment Collaborative (PARC) invites all to attend the Arabber's Market on Sundays from 9 am to 3 pm. This was designed for the community, especially church-goers.
PARC was established in 1999 to help rejuvenate the Pennsylvania Avenue business corridor, a strip which has undergone tumultuous urban blight. However, many believe that 'the Avenue' can be great again. Historically, this was the 'mecca' for black folks back in the day.
