The Monday, June 30th edition of the HARAMBEE Dinner Club is set to be very special. In addition to a birthday celebration for BMORENEWS publisher Doni Glover, this event will honor the longest serving president of any Maryland college or university - Dr. Charles W. Simmons. He will be honored by Lieutenant Governor Anthony Brown.
To RSVP for this special limited seating event at Baltimore Pho Restaurant at 1116 Hollins Street from 6 to 8 pm on June 30, 2008 - please call Corey Mathis at 1.443.854.8756. In honor of Glover's birthday, there is no cost to attend this event. A la carte food and beverage costs, however, belong to the attendees.
