I feel like I'm watching an episode of the 1970s sitcom "Sanford & Son" rather than the City of Sanford's investigation of a heartless, cold and calculating killer. And for the name's sake, it is clearly evident, at least to me, that the 1857 Dred Scott v. Sanford decision is still good law in the State of Florida.
