Over at the Maryland Transportation Authority (MdTA), another super duper injustice has occurred. Sisters and brothers, I mean, this is bigger than the Maryland Aviation Administration/Shuttle Bus debacle because three out of four contractors who submitted hard bids on an $89 million road construction contract met the stated minority and women business enterprise goals and the winner did not in a recent bidding process.
