Practical Solutions for Health & Healing educational workshop for senior citizens of the Greater Baltimore region. Hosted by Cor-les Institute, AARP Maryland, Empowerment Temple AME Church, and The Maryland Department of Aging. The workshop will provide participants with educational materials and information about proper nutrition, exercise, healthy shopping and eating, food preparation and more. Healthy food and snacks will be served. The workshop is FREE to the public!
