She said that the DNC has rented properties on Keswick and Graham avenues in Central Charlotte – near Bank of America Stadium, home of the Carolina Panthers.
“This area, a black neighborhood, is 5 minutes away from the DNC,” she said. “This area contains homes that have been rented out for $3,000 to $4,000. I call it ‘temporary reversal of the neighborhood’ – converting the neighborhoods into DNC territories.
