Attendees will get an up-front perspective on the state of MBE’s in Maryland, resources and programs that are available to entrepreneurs, and the opportunity to network with movers and shakers in the region. BMORENEWS has been hosting such regular events since the fall of that year.

Past speakers have included Special Secretary Sharon Pinder, Congressman Elijah Cummings, Lieutenant Gov. Anthony Brown, then-Mayor Martin O’Malley (now Governor of Maryland), then-candidates Michael S.
