MBE Power lunch to feature Ackneil Muldrow, Paula Cullings, Joy Bramble, Chief Ed Fox, Wayne Frazier, Arnold Jolivet - all at Milton's Grill on Wednesday, April 30 from 12 noon to 1 pm. Milton's Grill, one of Baltimore's only black restaurants, is located at 336 N. Charles Street.
