(BALTIMORE – July 12, 2008) – He loves his community and is concerned about the everyday working parent. His name is Thomas Hardnett, and he is the owner of Phyllis Wheatley Education Center. With branches on both sides of town, and in Woodlawn too, Hardnett recently announced a 50% discount for the daycare center string’s Phyllis Wheatley Drive location.

Located at 2221 Wheatley Drive (Baltimore, MD 21207) in the Dickey Hill Forest Apartment Complex just off of Windsor Mill Road, Hardnett says that childcare will cost only $65 through the rest of the summer. One must, however, sign-up/register by August 1, 2008.

"With BG&E and gas prices escalating, this is simply our way of giving back to a community that has been so gracious toward us," said Hardnett.

Nationally accredited with computers in their classrooms, Phyllis Wheatley Educational Center is one of Baltimore’s premier facilities. With a “safe and relaxed atmosphere,” this facility is open Monday through Friday from 7 am to 6 pm. This special is for tottlers age2 to 4 years of age.
