The Community Solutions team shares an unwavering commitment to making the vision for the renewal of communities a reality. We endeavor to enhance the existing character of a community by uncovering the inherent beauty and character of a community. We are committed to preserving and restoring open spaces, signature main streets, and notable gateways.
We take a personal interest in transforming communities and positively impacting the lives of the families that live in them - one block at a time.
Community Solutions prides itself on delivering very well appointed homes, even while developing affordable housing options. Our most recent community transformation project has been concentrated in the Park Heights community in West Baltimore. This historic community is characterized by lovely large family homes with tree-lined streets and more than a dozen community open space parks.
Community Solutions has acted as a development pioneer in the community and has planted some of the early seeds that have taken root and contributed to the development of Master Plan for the community.
