Prof. Paul Butler currently teaches at Georgetown Law School. His new book, Let's Get Free: A Hip-Hop Theory of Justice has been called "part memoir, part manifesto" in its call to create a saner, less destructive approach to crime and punishment -- especially for non-violent drug crimes.
