Prince George's Community College Celebrates Inauguration of Dr. Charlene Mickens Dukes:
Prince George’s Community College will host the Inauguration of Dr. Charlene Mickens Dukes, eighth president of the college, on Friday, October 3, 2008 at 1 p.m. in the Queen Anne Fine Arts building.
