A Baltimore entrepreneur’s claims are confirmed about Officers Dotson and Fontaine Smallwood after Baltimore City Police decided to criminally charged Officer Patrick Dotson with attempted murder and assault. On March 8, 2009, just eight (8) hours before Officer Dotson opened fire on an innocent man’s vehicle, Dotson placed his service weapon at Raymond Nelson’s head and forced him from his establishment on Pennsylvania Avenue. Something about Barack Obama had given him hope and he didn't want to miss the opportunity to cast his vote for real change.
