(PHILADELPHIA - September 26, 2012) - On Thursday, September 27, 2012, Councilwoman Cindy Bass will be honoring author Cheryl Ann Wadlington in the chambers of Philadelphia City Council, located 4th floor of City Hall at 10:00 AM. "Miss Cheryl" is known to millions of TV viewers as a Style Correspondent and Image Expert, and has established herself as America's Image Queen. A tireless advocate for young women's self improvement, Ms. Wadlington is the founder and executive Director of The Evoluer House, a non-profit organization that has empowered over girls by nurturing positive self-expression and personal development.
