"Thelma" Performing in Washington, DC :: Bern Nadette Stanis stars in "Willie and Esther"

(WASHINGTON D.C. - June 24, 2012) - Guess who's on stage! *Thelma! And she wants the DMV - DC, MARYLAND AND VIRGINIA - to come and attend. "Bring your family out ... to see the stage play, "Willie and Esther!", she said. The play stars Bern Nadette Stanis (aka Thelma from "Good Times") and Jeris Lee Poindexter.

Shows are Fri., June 29 (7 pm), Sat., June 30 (7 pm), and Sun., July 1 (3 pm) at 7995 Georgia Avenue Silver Spring MD. This is a part of DC Black Theater Festival Week (June 23-July 1). For tickets, click here.
