(BALTIMORE – December 3, 2018) – Delegate Darryl Barnes, the newly-elected Chair of the Legislative Black Caucus of Maryland, Inc. will be recognized with a Joe Manns Black Wall Street Award at the 16th Anniversary Celebration of Bmorenews.com on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 from 6 to 8 pm at Baltimore Visitor Center, located at 401 Light Street.
