The Afro, one of the oldest and most influential black newspapers, were made great - in part - thanks to Paperboys and Papergirls who were honored on 7.21.12 at the Reginald F. Lewis Museum in downtown Baltimore.

3 stations closed in Baltimore City leaving city residents in danger, according to Hoffman and other fire fighters. Suggest Chief, Mayor are out of touch with community's needs and that the timing of Clack's raise in lieu of closings added insult to injury.

"State of the City" news host reviews troubling document which does little to disprove apparent murder of minority businessman Robert Lee Clay. Clay's death was officially called a "suicide" despite no bullet found, despite the fact that the gun used was stolen, and that there were death threats up until the Thursday before the Monday he was murdered in Baltimore on Callow Avenue.
